Real Estate Experience
In 1995, I was 21, and I purchased my first home. Since then I have bought and sold numerous properties for myself in California and Florida. I have worked with friends and family assisting them with the due diligence and inspections as they purchased and sold their homes, and am now interested in working with you in the same capacity!
Working with me will be a pleasure. I not only understand the term fiduciary duty(1), but I take the term very seriously. In fact, while I was a student at The University of Florida, fiduciary duties and responsibilities as it relates to Real Estate Professionals was the subject of many of my research papers.
For most people, the purchase of a home is the single largest expense of their lives. I believe it is imperative to ensure every reasonable step to insure disclosure should be taken so that each party to the transaction can make a truly informed decision.
I would like to take on new clients who are interested in working with an agent who strives to offer them personalized service, customized marketing strategies, skilled negotiation techniques, and a vehement adherence to fiduciary duty.
(1) Fiduciary – An individual in whom another has placed the utmost trust and confidence to manage and protect property or money. The relationship wherein one person has an obligation to act for another’s benefit.
